To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee Program, a student must meet ALL of the following requirements:

1. Student must register and pay full tuition (less applicable scholarships and discounts) for the entire four part live classroom course. Students enrolled in Home Study Course or signed up for selected parts only may not participate in the money back guarantee program, but may qualify for a free repeat of the course if requirements four and five are met.
2. Student must attend all 27 live lectures signing attendance sheets at the end of each lecture. A maximum of one missed lecture per part may be made up by home study make up. Students not able to meet this requirement may still qualify for a free repeat of the course if requirements four and five are met.
3. Student must finish all 27 live lectures within one year of the start of their first section of the Review Course.
4. Student must schedule and take FARE exam within three weeks after last FARE class. Schedule and take Audit exam within three weeks after last Audit class. Schedule and take Regulation exam within three weeks after last Regulation class. Schedule and take BEC exam within three weeks after last BEC class.
5. Student's online statistics must record that the student answered, correctly, all of the multiple choice questions for each of the four sections of the Review Course, and spent at least one minute per question.  Student's statistics must also record that the student achieved 75% or more correct on their last attempt at the final exam for each of the four sections of the Review Course.  The multiple choice questions and final exam for each of the four sections of the Review Course must be completed no later than 28 days from the last live lecture for each corresponding section of the Review Course.
6. If the student fails all four parts of the CPA exam and would like to claim a refund of tuition, the student must send a notarized copy of his/her official grades to P.O. Box 300, Solebury, PA 18963. The official grades must be sent by certified mail within ten days of the student’s receipt of the grade for the fourth and final part taken.
7. If all six requirements are met, a student may choose either a free repeat of the entire course or a refund of tuition calculated as follows:

   If the student passes one or more parts of the CPA exam and has met all six requirements, no refund will be given, but the student has earned a free repeat of the course for all remaining parts
8. Students registered for our Home Study courses or registered for selected parts of our live review are not eligible for the money back guarantee program. However, these students may qualify for a free repeat of the course if requirements IV and V are met.
9. Students not meeting money back guarantee or free repeat requirements are entitled to repeat any part of the course or repeat the entire course for 50% of the regular tuition.
